Bookings

We kindly ask that you review the information below before completing your excursion booking form.

Student Numbers

• We can accommodate up to 60 students (1 bus) per day for excursion programs.
• For larger groups (61–90 students), bookings may be available depending on staff availability and resources.

Please note: a surcharge of $700.00 may apply for larger groups.

If your group exceeds 60 students, please contact the Centre before completing the booking form to discuss availability.

2026 Excursion Fees

• NSW Department of Education (DoE) Schools: $7.00 per student
• Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta Schools: $7.00 per student
• Private/Independent Schools: $27.00 per student

Minimum charge of $700.00 applies – student groups less then 30 students.

Additional Program Costs

• Kayaking: $10.00 per student
• PLEEC Bus Transport: $7.00 per student

Bus transport includes pickup and drop-off from Penrith Train Station and local schools within a 10-minute radius. Maximum 24 passengers, including attending staff.

Important:

Visiting schools are responsible for arranging their own bus transport for to and from the centre. Buses must also remain onsite throughout the day to transport students to and drom fieldwork locations. Along with WHS requirements set by the Department of Education.

2026 Incursion Fees

• Private/Independent Schools: $27.00 per student

Minimum of 40 students required.

Incursions must be within a 15-minute radius of the Centre.
(DOE schools may be considered on a case-by-case basis.)

• "BOOKED" – Fully booked; no availability
• Blank Dates – May be available
• "Incursion Only" – Onsite excursions unavailable, but incursions can be delivered at your school

The calendar is updated regularly.

Please note that due to high demand, you may not have exclusive use of the Penrith Lakes EEC site. Smaller bookings may be combined on the same day.
